Taking Great Holiday Photos

As a rule of thumb, when taking pictures outdoors, never take photos of your subjects with the sun behind them. In any photo-taking situation, subjects must never stand near a source of light. The flash mode should also be used sparingly, so turn it off when there is adequate lighting in the room. Finally, never place your subjects at the centre of the frame. Experiment with different angles to give more depth and dimension to your pictures.
