Even if people aren't paying hotel rates they still want to stay in comfortable surroundings and cleanliness is of the utmost importance. Location may also be considered important and if people are looking for a beach holiday they need to find accommodation that's conveniently located near to the sea. Walking distance would be preferable so that people don't have to keep using their car while on a relaxing holiday.
