Deposit of £100 required at time of booking with balance payable no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival require full payment at time of booking.
Badgers Sett is a lovely comfortable 3 bed detached house situated 5 minutes from St Bees beach and start of the Wainwright Coast to Coast walk There is parking for one car on the drive and two others on the road outside.
Sleeps up to a maximum of 5 persons with 1 king size, 1 double size and 1 single sized bed. Main bathroom with bath and shower upstairs, separate downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.
Through lounge / dining room with tv, dvd and sky. Two large 3 seater settees in rear lounge, dining table seating up to six in front room. Radio/cassette/cd player in front room together with a selection of cd’s/dvd’s. Kitchen includes an electric oven and hob together with integrated dishwasher and fridge, toaster, microwave etc.
Separate attached utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional upright fridge and freezer. From the front bedroom windows you can see the Irish Sea and if weather permits The Isle of Man. From the rear bedroom there are lovely fields as far as the eye can see.
Large 70 foot by 30 foot rear landscaped garden ideal for sitting out with a relaxing glass of wine or al fresco dining.
All linen provided except towels.
No smoking and no pets.
